Do you have a passion for developing people and helping them reach their full potential through quality training?

Aveling, a private Registered Training Organisation (RTO), has been delivering professional training for over 25 years. We are currently seeking contract trainers and assessors to deliver engaging and effective training and assessment services in:

  • Leadership and Management (Certificate IV and Diploma)
  • Training and Assessment (Certificate IV)

Services to be provided

As a Trainer & Assessor, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and practical training sessions in your area of expertise
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support learning outcomes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of course materials and delivery

In addition to accredited programs, there may be opportunities to deliver non-accredited training aligned with the above qualifications.

While most training is delivered in Perth, we welcome expressions of interest from trainers who are able to travel to regional locations as opportunities arise.

Requirements

To deliver the Certificate IV and Diploma in Leadership and Management, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116)
  • BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (and/or BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management (preferred) OR extensive demonstrable experience in Leadership and Management roles, with a proven track record of applying leadership skills in real-world settings

To deliver the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment you will need:

  • Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (TAE50122 or TAE50116 or TAE50216)
  • Extensive demonstrable experience in VET training and assessment roles
