to find a passionate
Trainer & Assessor
to join their growing team. This is your chance to make a real impact by developing drivers and helping lift operational standards across the business.

The Role

  • Full-time Trainer & Assessor position
  • Based between
    Welshpool and Kwinana
  • Work across
    Bulk Dangerous Goods, Linehaul, and Local Transport

What You'll Be Doing

  • Train and assess new and existing drivers, ensuring high standards
  • Develop and deliver engaging training packages and coaching materials
  • Support compliance checks and auditing processes
  • Collaborate with operations teams to share knowledge and improve performance
  • Champion
    safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
    across the business

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (
    WHS qualification a plus
    )
  • MC Licence
    with hands-on driving experience
  • Bulk Dangerous Goods licence/experience (highly desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills and a people-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
