We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join Daniel O'Meara's team as an Entry-Level Sales Associate at McGrath Port Stephens. You will be working alongside Daniel, an established Sales Agent, and a Client Service Manager.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working alongside a long-established real estate principal. This is a rare opportunity to learn from someone who is highly experienced, but who also loves helping others reach their potential.

This is a full-time position working within a team environment. Your main focus will be assisting the senior agent by prospecting for new business and actively working on all of the team's listings.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting owners in the area for new business
  • servicing buyers and creating and nurturing relationships with them
  • researching properties in market area and building and maintaining a database
  • conducting open homes and buyer inspections while building client relationships
  • providing open home and buyer feedback
  • admin based tasks to help the team run smoothly

Skills & experience

The successful candidate must possess:

  • a current Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Certificate or ability to obtain prior to commencing work
  • a current drivers licence and your own reliable vehicle
