Secure Journeys has been selected to operate Australia's Onshore Immigration Detention Network on behalf of the Australian Government.

Spotless, as a subcontractor to Secure Journeys, will be responsible for facilities maintenance and asset management of detention facilities and for providing catering and garrison services to detainees.

With the new contract underway, we currently have a full-time role available for a
Procurement and Quality Supervisor
to join the Spotless team.

The purpose of this function is to ensure the administration of the delivery for responsive and planned maintenance services including the submission of client invoices in accordance with the contract requirements.

What you'll do

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

  • Schedule the allocation of trade resources to deliver responsive and planned maintenance services and administer the Service Delivery Partner's invoices and claims, in accordance with the contract guidelines.
  • A systematic approach for the delivery and payment of responsive maintenance and planned services to meet the operational, quality, safety and financial objectives specified in the contract.
  • Ensure risks are accurately identified, contained and countermeasures are put in place.
  • Assist in measuring costs, efficiencies, and delivery of services and support service improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring

  • An Administration, Quality assurance, Data Entry qualification desirable but not necessary.
  • Must have previous experience in a similar environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of the building and construction industry an advantage, with the ability to relate well to fellow team members and sub-contractors.
  • Able to record analysis and documentation, with the ability to research and obtain information quickly and efficiently.
