EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to be an integral part of our ever-growing property management department with long term career potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for a real estate professional to make your mark and join the world's largest real estate company with over 4000 offices globally and a great reputation for success.

The person we are seeking will have 5+ years property management experience, be familiar with Property Tree/Property Me, hold a current Real Estate Licence (Cert IV) and have a car.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in running the property management department (all tasks)
  • Liaising with owners and tenants
  • Inspections, repairs, rent reviews etc
  • Assisting with accounting

A generous salary will be negotiated, plus commission and car allowance, depending on experience.

There is opportunity to increase salary further through gaining new property managements.

This is a Monday to Friday role only (no weekends required) in a great office environment, fantastic team culture and and prime Eastern Suburbs location.
