THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for skilled and reliable
Supervised Operator
to join our Water team working on the Southeast Water (SEW) network based out of
Dandenong South, VIC
.

As part of our crew, you'll help deliver water and wastewater projects safely and efficiently, including minor capital works. This is a hands-on work that keeps the community running, and we need people who take pride in doing the job right.

This is a 24/7 reactive maintenance contract, so you'll need to be flexible with your hours. Shifts can include day shift, afternoon shift and on-call work as part of a rotating roster.

ABOUT YOU

  • Site Proficient
    : Prior Experience in civil excavation works related to water or wastewater reticulation systems. Ability to address customer and public issues on site. Willingness to take part in an after-hours roster.
  • Team Oriented:
    Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety.
  • Site Qualifications:
    Must have or be willing to obtain; Drivers Licence and/or MR Truck Licence, White Card, Excavator/Backhoe Licence, Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (within 2 years validity).
  • Pre-employment Checks:
    Hold full working rights in Australia, complete a pre-employment medical and a Driver's Licence and working with children check.
