As our team continues to grow, we're on the lookout for a Service Technician who knows their way around HVAC systems, enjoys solving problems, and wants progress there career into more senior roles within a small and growing family owned business.

About the role

We are on the lookout for a qualified technician with broad experience in service, maintenance, and diagnostics — mostly commercial HVAC (some residential) systems across Victoria.

But this isn't just another job.

You'll be joining a tight-knit, family-oriented team that understands the importance of balance — giving you the time and support you need to do the job right and make it home in time for what really matters.

Your responsibilities/skills

  • Commissioning of services, including VRV systems and central control systems
  • Service of mostly commercial HVAC
  • Supervision and training of apprentices
  • Experience in breakdown, repair and preventative maintenance of heating and cooling (3 to 5 yrs experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent ability to complete paperwork on time at a high standard (SimPRO knowledge an advantage)
  • Further training will be provided to the successful candidate.
