About the role

Urethane Solutions is seeking a motivated Trainee Technician/Laborer to join our team in our Melbourne, VIC location. This is a full-time opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a trainee technician, you will be responsible for assisting our skilled technicians and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing general labour support to our technicians, including tasks such as site preparation, equipment handling, and light cleaning
  2. Learning and developing technical skills to eventually progress into a Technician role
  3. Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
  4. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  5. Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities

What we're looking for

  1. A positive, enthusiastic, and hardworking attitude
  2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  3. A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  4. Basic hand tool and equipment operation skills (desirable but not essential)
