About the Role:

We are currently seeking passionate, driven, and experienced House Managers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of dual occupancy households, ensuring a high standard of care and support is consistently delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and routines within the household.
  • Support clients in achieving their goals and living as independently as possible.
  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of support workers.
  • Ensure all services are delivered in line with NDIS standards and individual care plans.
  • Maintain household records and documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate appointments, activities, and engagement within the community.
  • Liaise with families, stakeholders, and external providers as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in the disability support sector, ideally in a leadership or coordination role.

  • Demonstrated understanding of dual occupancy support models and complex needs environments.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A genuine commitment to supporting people to live independently and with dignity.

Work Schedule & Expectations:

House Managers will be required to work a mix of face-to-face and non face-to-face support hours.

This includes coverage across a range of hours, and will include:

  • Weekly sleepover shifts
  • Weekend shifts
  • Flexible availability across weekdays as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in disability services or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting dual occupancy households.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and person-centred support.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Working with Children and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
