About The Role
You will play a crucial role in providing operational support and guidance to hiring managers on a range of recruitment matters, including attraction strategies, sourcing candidates, and providing market insights.

What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand and identify their recruitment needs
• Manage the full 360-degree recruitment process (including phone screening, arranging and attending interviews, facilitating testing, reference checking, etc.)
• Provide consultation and education on the hiring process and the external employment market to hiring managers
• Manage the recruitment database (JobAdder) to ensure SA remains compliant in the use of candidate information and all recruitment activity is accurately documented in real-time
• Source candidates through job boards and headhunting (LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Lead and manage employer branding initiatives
• Assist with Graduate Program recruitment - information days, assessment centres, etc.
• Report on quarterly recruitment activities
• Lead and participate in recruitment projects and broader People & Culture projects

About you

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Proven experience as a Talent Partner/Recruiter (ideally with a combination of agency and internal recruitment experience)
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - ideally JobAdder
• Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, job boards, etc.
• Ability to generate and interpret recruitment metrics and reports to measure hiring effectiveness
• Experienced with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong attention to detail
