ROLE SUMMARY

As

a

Talent Acquisition Partner

at Firmus, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support the company's continued growth. Partnering closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and technical leaders, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of technical roles spanning

software engineering, infrastructure, architecture, and emerging technology functions.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment strategies, deliver a strong candidate experience, and ensure our hiring processes are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with Firmus' business goals.

**KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES**

  1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  2. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and develop tailored sourcing strategies for technical roles.

  3. Proactively source and engage candidates using diverse channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, networks, and referrals.

  4. Build and

maintain

a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  1. Recruitment Delivery

  2. Manage the full recruitment cycle

job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and pre-onboarding handover.

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through

timely

communication and a professional recruitment process.

  • Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) and share insights to continuously improve outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical teams to align on hiring priorities, candidate profiles, and assessment methods.

  • Provide

market insights, salary benchmarks, and candidate feedback to support data-driven hiring decisions.

  • Champion best practices in hiring to ensure consistency and fairness in the recruitment process.

  • Process Improvement & Employer Branding

  • Contribute to the refinement of recruitment workflows, tools, and systems for greater efficiency and scalabilit

y including innovative AI recruitment solutions.

  • Support initiatives that strengthen Firmus' employer brand and promote our culture to the external talent market.

  • Participate in TA projects and process enhancements as part of the broader

People

and Talent team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 6–8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on technical roles (e.g., software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, architecture).

  • Solid understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing channels, and technical talent markets.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across levels.

  • Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with experience using recruitment data to drive decision-making.

  • Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
