About the role:
Permanent Part-time role (3 days p.w) for an Experienced Recruiter or Resourcer to headhunt and engage Strategy Consulting Talent across AU/NZ and overseas.

This opportunity would suit a seasoned recruiter or talent partner returning to work, seeking a flexible, three-day-per-week position, or a capable mid-level resource manager looking to step up into a more strategic and relationship-driven role.

Ideal Expert Summary:
We're looking for an experienced recruiter with strong headhunting capability and a passion for building relationships with top-tier consultants. This is a hands-on, high-impact role managing our high-touch candidate pool of strategy and management consultants, while supporting the client team to grow and deliver consulting engagements across Australia and globally.

You'll play a pivotal role in building, engaging, and managing our global consulting talent network — ensuring we have the right people ready to deliver on complex, high-value projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Pool Management

• Own and manage relationships with current and past consultants across the strategy and management consulting talent pool.
• Maintain visibility of consultant availability, expertise, and engagement preferences.
• Ensure the consultant experience is high-touch, professional, and aligned with our brand and values.

Headhunting & Outreach

• Proactively identify, engage, and qualify top strategy and management consulting talent globally.
• Leverage headhunting, referrals, and networks to attract exceptional independent consultants.
• Partner with the offshore resourcing team to scale outreach, market mapping, and talent pipeline development.

Client & Delivery Support

• Recommend and shortlist suitable consultants for client briefs, ensuring the best fit for each engagement.
• Act as a key liaison between consultants and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Brand & Community Building

• Help grow our brand presence and #1 reputation within the strategy consulting and independent consulting communities.
• Contribute to thought leadership, events, and engagement initiatives that build trust and visibility in the market.
• Champion our value proposition to consultants and clients alike.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years' experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent management — ideally within strategy, management consulting, or professional services.
• Proven headhunting skills with the ability to identify and engage top-tier talent in competitive markets.
• Strong relationship management capability — confident working with senior consultants and client leads.
• Excellent communication and commercial judgement; able to match client needs with consultant expertise.
• Experience collaborating with offshore sourcing or coordination teams.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and genuine interest in the consulting and advisory landscape.
