Description
- Process high-volume end-to-end payroll
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and agreements.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records in the system.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and management.
- Prepare payroll reports and provide insights to the Accounting & Finance department.
- Assist with payroll reconciliations and audits.
- Stay up-to-date with changes to payroll laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations
Profile
- Experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
- A desire to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to a high-performing team
