Lead Generation Specialist – b2b Cleaning Group

As a Lead Generation Specialist, your main role will be to contact potential clients to introduce our cleaning services and book appointments for our management team. You'll play a vital part in our continued growth, ensuring each prospect clearly understands our value and the benefits of partnering with b2b Cleaning Group.

We work with clients across commercial, education, retail, construction, and corporate sectors — so you'll be speaking with business decision-makers such as facility managers, operations managers, and business owners.


To be successful, you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in appointment setting or sales (experience in commercial cleaning, property, or B2B industries highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • The ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
  • A results-driven attitude with commitment to KPIs and team goals
  • A positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality
