Your opportunity
As our PMO Project Coordinator you will provide administrative and operational support for project management activities within the PMO, ensuring effective coordination and compliance with PMO standards. Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you'll also love the feeling of helping children and adults who need us.
Here's how you'll do it:
- Maintain and update project documentation and records
- Track project status, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate meetings, communications, and reporting
- Support project teams in following PMO processes and standards
- Assist with preparation of presentations and status reports
- Ensure compliance with PMO processes and standards
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams
- Monitor and report on project progress and issues
- Support continuous improvement in PMO operations
- Provide administrative support to PMO leadership
- Comply with all Hearing Australia WHS policies and procedures. This includes passing and remaining up to date with all required training necessary to carry out your role.
- Take reasonable personal care of your psychological and physical health and that of others
What you'll bring

- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Experience in a PMO or project support role
- Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- Experience in project administration or coordination roles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
