Your opportunity
As our Head of PMO you will be responsible for managing and aligning information technology initiatives with the overall business objectives. This is achieved through collaboration at senior management level to ensure alignment and prioritisation of demand, delivery and good governance. Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you'll also love the feeling of helping children and adults who need us. Here's how you'll do it:

The role holds overall accountability for the planning, supply, management, reporting and governance of Project management, ensuring alignment to corporate strategy and priorities within agreed resourcing and financial constraints.

- Collaborate to plan, monitor and report the performance of various project portfolio and other BAU initiatives.
- Provide clarity around strategic direction, key deliverables and expectations including performance, behaviours and timelines.
- Ensure seamless coordination and delivery of IT services across Hearing Australia, aligning with business requirements and objectives. Demonstrate effective project management skills to oversee the implementation of IT services and initiatives.
- Assist in signoff of business cases by analysing and reporting on operational and financial impacts of vendors, products, and services. Provide valuable insights to support decision-making.
- Lead research and provide direction for solution development by aligning with ICT strategic direction and the Technology Roadmap. Propose alternative strategies, new products, and service offerings to mitigate negative impacts on projects.
- Comply with all Hearing Australia WHS policies and procedures. This includes passing and remaining up to date with all required training necessary to carry out your role.
- Take reasonable personal care of your psychological and physical health and that of others
