Our flagship product Balance Me, alongside our sustainable menstrual products, is transforming how women approach wellness.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced social media professional with exceptional video editing skills to take our social media presence to the next level. This is a full-spectrum role covering content strategy, creation, editing, and community management across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Video Editing:

  • Create and edit high-quality videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube using CapCut (or preferred software)
  • Produce engaging content about women's health, our products (Balance Me supplement, menstrual cups), and educational wellness content
  • Design visuals and graphics (self-taught skills welcome)
  • Write compelling captions and copy

Social Media Management:

  • Develop comprehensive content calendar and strategy
  • Post daily to Instagram and Facebook
  • Post 3x week to TikTok
  • Repurpose content to YouTube and develop growth strategy
  • Manage all community engagement and responses
  • Use Metricool for scheduling and analytics
  • Monitor trends and adapt content strategy accordingly

Content Strategy:

  • Plan and execute growth strategies across IG, FB, YT, TikTok & Pinterest
  • Create educational women's health content that drives engagement
  • Develop platform-specific content tailored to each audience
  • Publish monthly blog posts for website

Growth & Analytics:

  • Accelerate our current 14% growth rate through professional strategies
  • Track performance metrics and optimise content based on data
  • Identify trending topics and hashtags in women's health space
  • Build authentic community around hormonal wellness

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • Experienced social media manager with proven growth results
  • High level video editing skills using software such as CapCut
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook algorithms
  • Experience with Metricool (or similar scheduling tools)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Available for weekly in-person meetings in Perth (Scarborough/Balga)

  • Understanding of compliance considerations for health-related content
  • Creative mindset with finger on the pulse of social media trends
