About Us

We are a growing concrete flooring company working closely with builders, direct clients, and industry partners. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales growth, strengthen client relationships, and manage our marketing presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development: build and maintain strong client and builder relationships, generate and convert inbound leads, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Prepare and submit tender proposals and support business growth through strategic bids.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels, including LinkedIn, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage and update the company website (WordPress), ensuring content and SEO are up to date.
  • Create engaging content for online and offline use to support brand growth.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, Google Ads campaigns, and website analytics to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales and marketing with company goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Experience preparing tenders and winning projects.
  • Strong background in social media management, content creation, and LinkedIn business development.
  • Hands-on WordPress and website management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Pay: $77,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

  • White Card (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Required)

Willingness to travel:
