Building our Talent

As a Client Service Associate, you will guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring all due diligence, legal and compliance requirements are met. You will collaborate closely with external legal providers and internal teams to facilitate a smooth process.​

Beyond onboarding, you will support clients with AFSL and fund compliance obligations. This role emphasizes building strong, lasting relationships, becoming the go-to person for clients, assisting them through compliance processes and ensuring their experience is seamless and positive.​

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience:
     2-4 years in financial services or professional services, preferably in trustee services, fund administration or compliance.​
  • Education:
     Tertiary degree in business, accounting, finance, law or a related field.​
  • Skills:
     Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent communication and relationship-building skills.​
  • Technical Proficiency:
     Comfortable learning and using platforms like Salesforce and AI-driven compliance tools (full training and support provided).​

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding:
     Lead clients through our structured onboarding process, ensuring all compliance, legal and operational requirements are fulfilled.​
  • Ongoing Support:
     Assist clients with ongoing AFSL and fund compliance, in collaboration with the Executive Team.​
  • Relationship Management:
     Serve as a key contact for clients, service providers and referrers.​
  • Technology Management:
     Maintain records and workflows using Salesforce and our AI-enhanced platforms (full training and support provided).​
  • Industry Engagement:
     With colleagues, represent Polar 993 at industry events and professional networking functions.​
