About the role

Join the team at Grand Prix Auto Group Caboolture as a Café Barista. This full-time role is based in our Caboolture, QLD 4510 location, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality coffee in our busy onsite café.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and serving a variety of coffee, tea and other beverages to customers and the public in a timely and friendly manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive café experience for all customers
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the café area
  • Assist with general café duties, including taking orders, serving food, and clearing tables.
  • Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of coffee and espresso machine operation, with the ability to prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
