The Role

Join as a Barista/Cafe-All Rounder We have casual/part-time/full-time positions available for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who is:

• A team player and a good communicator.  We are a small team, so you'll need to assist on the register, floor and cleaning duties and also be competent working alone when required.

• Experienced Barista (1 year minimum)

• Love to converse with our customers, banter is a must.

• Is calm and organised in a busy environment.

Casual, part-time role on offer. Weekends are a must.

The Venue

Our breakfast/brunch café serves house made, unique dishes with an emphasis on locally sourced produce. Our coffee is from ST ALi.  The café seats approximately 45 people in a lovely location in West End with close proximity to the West End farmers markets and Brisbane River. We are open for breakfast/lunch 7 days a week from 6.30am - 3pm

The Team

This role reports to the owner who is big on empowering and supporting the team. They come from a strong hospitality background and encourage an easy going but professional atmosphere. We are passionate about becoming the best cafe venue in the area.

No working holiday visa applicants please, we are looking for longer term employees.
