About the Role

As the Service and Warranty Coordinator, your primary focus is to provide 5 star customer service to our clients and provide comprehensive administration support to the Service and Warranty Manager and Warranty Construction Team.

Reporting to the Service and Warranty Manager - your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaise with clients and the maintenance team to schedule inspections

  • Respond to client and developer queries

  • Maintain an accurate register of the service/warranty jobs

  • Produce and distribute accurate and relevant reports

  • Develop excellent working relationships and communication lines with suppliers in regard to warranty items

  • Allocate jobs to supervisors

Skills and experience

At Glenvill we believe quality is an attitude not an outcome.

Must have - minimum 12 months experience in residential construction administration - Service and Warranty or similar (highly desirable)

We anticipate that you will already possess a high level of acumen across the Microsoft suite - including Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

Exposure or experience with ClickHome - even better (but not essential)

You will deliver with a mature approach, calm and efficiency. Working in a small team, you will have a sense of humour. You will be able to prioritise with ease and deliver time critical outcomes amid numerous distractions and demands. In addition;

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and vendors

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
