As a Product General Manager at TechnologyOne, you'll lead a talented team of specialists across R&D, product success, delivery, training, testing, and customer support. Your mission is to deliver a Maximum Lovable Product by deeply understanding customer needs, driving product strategy, and ensuring every release is on time, on budget, and aligned with market demand. You'll partner across the business, with Industry, Sales, Consulting, and Support, while actively engaging with customers to shape the future of your product.

What you'll be doing…

  • Leading the development and execution of your Product Strategy, ensuring progress is communicated and outcomes are achieved.
  • Providing thought leadership, identifying opportunities to strengthen long-term profitability and competitiveness.
  • Applying disciplined portfolio management and data-driven decision making to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Overseeing the full product lifecycle - from design and prototype through to testing, launch, and release.
  • Anticipating customer and industry trends to manage risk and maximise product advantage.
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and customer advocacy.
  • Taking full P&L accountability, optimising resources, and managing the business unit budget.
  • Building, motivating, and developing a collaborative and achievement-focused team culture.
  • Attracting and retaining top talent through effective succession planning, skills development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
