Administration Team Leader

Bentleys SA is seeking an Administration Team Leader to lead our administrative operations and contribute to the success of our highly regarded and successful mid-tier Accounting firm.

Your Role

Our admin team is critical to our firm's success, and our new Administration Team Leader will ensure the high-quality delivery of essential accounting administrative services through leadership, continuous improvement and hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development

    Lead, mentor and empower an existing administration team. Encourage growth through coaching, knowledge sharing, and regular development conversations. Cultivate a collaborative, client-first culture that supports career progression.
  • Continuous Improvement

    Continuously review and refine systems and workflows to improve efficiency and service quality. Balance capacity and demand to ensure consistent, accurate, and professional delivery.
  • Hands-On Support

    Manage your own portfolio of accounting professionals and clients. Act as the go-to for complex administrative tasks and escalations.

What You'll Bring

  • A track record of motivating and developing others, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Previous experience in a senior administration position, within an Accounting firm
  • Strong technical proficiency in Accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience managing complex ASIC transactions and liaising with regulatory bodies such as ASIC and ATO at a senior level
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive, people-focused mindset
