The position available is for a Sales Support superstar who has a passion for great service. We are offering a chance to be part of an exciting, rapidly growing organisation with a big vision for the future.

Key responsibilities for the position include:

  • First point of contact for incoming sales leads, qualification of leads and sales team appointment setting with our clients.
  • Coordinate and make outbound calls to a high volume of potential new clients (no cold calling).
  • Ensure all new and existing sales opportunities via phone, email, website or in person are actioned and entered into the CRM system in timely manner : Hubspot.
  • Assisting with the overall management & flow of incoming sales leads and working closely with the Sales Consultants.
  • Assisting to help meet targets for sales appointments set per month for our Sales Consultants.
  • Supporting the sales operations & the pool consultants with customer follow ups as required.
  • Open communication with sales, and the client services teams.
  • Work to and enforce company policy, procedures and processes.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Experience in a role with a high call volume (inbound/outbound).
  • Have a mature commercial mindset and previous sales experience working in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Have experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM System
  • High level accuracy and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and professional disposition
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and managing deadlines
  • Previous administration &/or sales experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential
