In this Head of Partnerships role, you will be accountable for implementing the health partner proposition to influence clients to make the necessary investment, support and strategic decisions required to successfully implement Bupa’s health partnership approach and drive market share growth. This role will support the development of a new, market leading B2B wellbeing proposition, go to market strategies and programs to meet the needs of the different client segments
We are looking for an engaging and performance mindset leader to create a market leading health and wellbeing partnership strategy with a specialist team of health advisors and wellness program managers who will work directly with prospective and current B2B partners in the identification, planning and execution of impactful organisational health strategies.
**This is a full-time position which can be based in Melbourne office when you are not working from home. (Bupa offers hybrid working and you can work from the office or at home)**
**How will I help?**
**Key accountabilities include**:
- Develop and execute a clear Health and Wellbeing sales strategy and lead the articulation of the value proposition to the International & Corporate clients
- Develop and implement strategies for delivery of professional client relationship management and quality service delivery, continually striving to exceed client satisfaction metrics, grow repeat/renewal business and implement strategies to enhance client and customer experiences.
- Design and implement service model segmentation model to ensure propositions, programs and services are targeted and tailored solutions to maximise impact and achievement of objectives at a B2B & B2C level
- Accountable for the delivery of the sales funnel to inform sales strategy, and performance against KPIs
- Accountable for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the PHI lead generation process from health and wellbeing programs
- Support the GM HW in strategy development and target setting for HW business
- Provide market business intelligence and identify strategic opportunities for new partnerships and evolution of our partner health proposition
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring smooth customer centric delivery
- Drive a culture of care, collaboration, and innovation with a bias to action where health and
- commercial decisions are not mutually exclusive

**What do I need?
This national role demands a strong, visible, responsive, and driven leader with outstanding commercial acumen, flexible thinking and ability to react to changing circumstances, people leadership experience and the ability to leverage internal and external stakeholder capabilities in a coordinated and highly collaborative way.
- Strong and proven experience in a leadership role, ideally with experience within health, business or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to identify and lead commercial opportunities for the broader Bupa business
- Strong insights to the Corporate Health and/or International Education sector
- Highly skilled in stakeholder management, collaboration, planning and organisation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in working with high pace changing circumstances that require flexibility of thought and fast pace decision making
- Experience in developing tender solutions for clients health and wellbeing needs
- Ability to think creatively to solve problems, including conflicting priorities and new solution development
