Each year, our team of local beekeepers harvests Manuka honey and delivers it to our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Adelaide for packaging, tailored to the needs of different consumers. Every drop of honey is fully traceable and certified according to strict HACCP and SQF third-party standards, ensuring our premium Manuka honey meets world-class quality standards.

Job Description:

The Marketing Specialist at NovaFarms is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's premium honey products—especially Manuka honey—across both domestic and international markets. This role involves brand development, digital marketing, trade show coordination, market research, and customer engagement. The specialist will work closely other teams to ensure cohesive branding and communication in all market channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness for NovaFarms and its sub-brands (e.g., Panda Honey, Pura Bee). Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, including packaging, advertising, and promotional materials. Position NovaFarms as a premium Australian honey supplier in global markets.

Manage and create content for the company's website and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, etc.). Plan and execute digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and email marketing. Monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Assist in identifying and exploring new export opportunities, with a focus on expanding into Asian markets. Develop customized promotional materials and presentations for international partners and trade exhibitions. Support OEM/ODM clients in aligning their customized branding strategies with Nova Farms' overall marketing objectives.

Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and consumer trend research in the food and health products sectors. Collect customer feedback and market data to inform product development and positioning.

Coordinate NovaFarms' participation in international food expos (e.g., China International Import Expo, Gulfood, etc.). Organize product sampling and promotional events to attract potential buyers and distributors.

Align marketing campaign schedules with production and export timelines to ensure timely product launches in target markets. Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and external agencies as needed.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

At least Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG, food industry, or international brand marketing (experience in health or honey-related products is preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).

Proficiency in managing social media marketing, email marketing, and website operations and using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva.

Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including both traditional (magazines, outdoor advertising) and digital platforms.

Experience in coordinating or supporting marketing activities for international exhibitions or trade shows, and ability to develop marketing materials and campaigns tailored to specific events or regions.

Experienced in developing localized marketing strategies aligned with brand goals for diverse international markets, especially in Asia, with strong understanding of consumer behavior across different cultures.
