**The Role**

We’re looking for a **Sales Specialist** who knows the ins and outs of car parts and can help customers find exactly what they need — fast. Whether it's on the phone, in person, or through digital enquiries, you'll be the trusted voice of NextGen for retail and trade customers.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for automotive parts
- Serve walk-in customers and trade clients with sharp product knowledge
- Quote, source, and follow up on parts across a wide range of makes and models
- Work alongside warehouse and dismantling teams to ensure smooth operations
- Hit sales targets and help drive the business forward
- Keep things organised and moving fast — we’re a lean, high-energy team

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (automotive industry preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple enquiries
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in quoting and order processing
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team
- Quick to learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and product information
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts, makes, and models
- Experience using inventory or POS systems (e.g., Pinnacle or similar platforms)
- Previous work in an auto parts store, wrecking yard, or mechanical workshop
- Understanding of trade and retail customer needs in the automotive sector

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
