**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage deals and customer service for 3rd party ecommerce marketplaces
- Develop and implement paid and organic social media campaigns
- Coordinate and run live social media broadcasts
- Collaborate with our SEO agency to improve search rankings and grow organic traffic
- Create, publish and manage website content
- Develop and manage omni-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Measure, analyse and report on digital marketing campaigns
- Utilise world-class marketing tools including Salesforce and Optimizely
- Develop and manage automated marketing journeys
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including marketing agencies, graphic designers, videographers, senior managers, IT specialists and web developers

**Skills, Experience & Attributes**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Digital Marketing preferred
- Experience with paid and organic social media content creation and publication
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or similar design tools
- Experience with managing website content, preferably in an ecommerce environment
- Self-motivated, well organised & results orientated
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Passion for the digital medium
