We're now looking for a Digital Client Partner who can bring technical knowledge, a strong digital mindset, and the ability to build great client relationships.

What are we looking for in a Digital Client Partner?

As our Digital Client Partner, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our digital platform solutions. You'll help clients understand digital concepts, support our digital platform solutions and ensure projects are delivered smoothly. This isn't a traditional account management role, but you'll play a key part in keeping clients engaged, expectations managed, and outcomes delivered.

You'll be working on a variety of tasks, including:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to our digital solutions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and questions.
  • Provide clear and actionable recommendations that support client needs and demonstrate the value of our Digital Solutions.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of our current digital solutions and the plans for future enhancements.
  • Assist the Head of Digital in identifying potential new business opportunities and engaging existing clients who have not yet opted in to our digital offerings.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships that drive retention and growth.

You will have:

  • Working knowledge of digital emerging product visualisation.
  • 3–5 years' experience in a client-facing digital role such as account management, client success, or digital solutions.
  • Ability to explain digital concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness — able to spot and leverage opportunities for growth.
  • Experience in liaising with clients and stakeholder preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Ability to deliver results across multiple work streams in busy, production-oriented environments.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
