The Opportunity

You'll play a pivotal role in pre-construction, working closely with our estimating and delivery teams to secure new projects.

Key responsibilities include

  • Supporting bid and tender processes for targeted sectors
  • Leading early-stage project planning and methodology
  • Tender preparation and leadership
  • Feasibility analysis and project strategy development
  • Stakeholder collaboration across internal and external teams
  • Risk management and mitigation planning
  • Oversight of proposal development and submission
  • Client interaction and relationship management
  • Contract review and negotiation
  • Budget oversight and financial planning
  • Mentoring junior staff and fostering team development

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a project management role with a strong emphasis on front-end tenders
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety and quality
