Project Managers –Junior & Senior Roles | Multiple Projects Across Sydney

Exciting opportunities to join a fast-growing construction group delivering a diverse range of projects across Sydney and Greater Sydney.

We're seeking both experienced Senior Project Managers and emerging Junior Project Managers who bring a proactive, can-do attitude and the right mindset to lead and grow within our dynamic team.

About the Roles

You'll play a key role in managing and delivering a variety of construction projects from planning and coordination through to completion and handover.

With multiple new projects kicking off, we have both short-term and long-term opportunities available across the region.

Whether you're an experienced senior professional or an up-and-coming project lead ready for the next step, we want people who take ownership, think ahead, and bring energy and accountability to every job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead on-site teams and subcontractors to achieve quality, time, and safety targets.
  • Build and maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, quality assurance, and environmental standards.
  • Promote a proactive, safety-first, and solutions-focused culture.

Mandatory Criteria

  • Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a construction or civil project management role (junior) or 5–10+ years (senior).
  • Proven track record delivering commercial, residential, or civil construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and delivery methods.
  • Excellent leadership, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive "can-do" attitude with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
