Business Development Manager – NDIS & Aged Care

Inclusive Carers is expanding—and we're looking for an experienced and connected Business Development Manager to lead the charge.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs, GPs, hospitals, and community organisations

Identify and secure new business opportunities in the NDIS and Home Care Package (HCP) space

Meet and exceed KPIs for client growth and revenue

Represent Inclusive Carers at events, forums, and industry networks

Collaborate with our service delivery team to ensure quality client onboarding and retention

Leverage your existing network to drive rapid growth from day one

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in business development within the NDIS or aged care sectors

A strong network of NDIS professionals across South Australia

In-depth knowledge of NDIS frameworks, funding models, and compliance requirements

Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills

Strategic mindset with a growth-oriented approach

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Human Services or similar

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

Valid Police Check
