360 Recruitment Consultant

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is a full-cycle, 360-degree role where you will manage the entire talent lifecycle, from initial business development to candidate onboarding. You will be empowered to operate with trust, flexibility, and independence.

As a 360 Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Client Acquisition & Partnership:
  Conduct sophisticated business development and networking to identify, engage, and secure new client accounts within the Brisbane market's Digital and Tech ecosystem.
• Consultative Advisory:
  Act as an industry expert, advising clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and crafting compelling employer value propositions (EVPs) that attract top-tier talent.
• End-to-End Recruitment:
  Manage the full cycle: strategic sourcing (headhunting passive talent), screening, conducting in-depth behavioural and technical interviews, and managing the offer/negotiation process.
• Candidate Experience (Exceptional Service):
  Build genuine, long-term relationships with Brisbane's best candidates, guiding them through career progression and providing the highest quality, most candid advice.
• Proactive Growth:
  Contribute innovative ideas, test new sourcing methodologies, and continuously refine your approach, embodying our value of Innovation, Adaptability & Learning.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE PACK

• Proven Experience:
  1+ years of experience in a 360-recruitment role (agency side is essential), ideally within Digital, IT, Sales, or Marketing
• Commercial Acumen:
