At Intura, we deliver fit-for-future solutions across energy, resourcing, and infrastructure. We provide electrical & instrumentation, field operations & maintenance, mechanical services, calibration equipment sales & service, equipment hire, and national labour hire & recruitment.

We support clients in renewables, mining, CSG, infrastructure & civil, delivering reliable, cost-effective services across Australia.

With a culture grounded in safety, integrity, innovation and growth, we're scaling our recruitment arm to source top talent for technically demanding roles.

The Opportunity

You'll be a key driver in our growth. As the Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, qualified trades and specialist roles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
  • Source candidates via multiple channels: direct sourcing, job boards, referrals, networks
  • Source new business opportunities
  • Provide recruitment strategy input, process improvements, metrics and reporting
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Intura in the marketplace

You will make a tangible difference, ensuring the right people are placed in roles that drive project success and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven recruitment experience in technical / field / infrastructure / energy sectors
  • Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-hire roles
  • Experience booking Medicals, writing contracts, and navigating awards
  • Strong stakeholder management and client liaison skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
