We are working with a very well-established recruitment agency specializing in the Commercial Construction The agency has a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service and are now looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their high performing Brisbane team and help drive their continued success.

The Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow your client portfolio
  • Provide expert advice and market insights to clients and candidates
  • Work in a collaborative, high-energy environment with plenty of support

What We're Looking For:

  • 360 Recruitment experience
  • Confident at developing new and existing relationships with clients
  • A self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on results
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for recruitment
