Executive Director – Practice & Impact
. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role leads service excellence, growth and innovation across our Early Learning Centres, Outside School Hours Care, and Sector Development programs throughout WA and NT.

A relevant tertiary qualification (education, early childhood, leadership, or manag
- ement).Deep knowledge of the early childhood or broader community services sector and contemporary ECEC policy and pr
- actice.Proven success in leading multi-site teams and complex pr
- ograms.Strong financial, governance, and risk management capa
- bility.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-engagement
- skills.A collaborative, calm and resilient leadership

style.

Experience in the early childhood sector is highly regarded, but we also welcome applications from lea
ders in other complex human services
sectors (such as health, education, or community development) who share Child Australia's commitment to quality and
