Our team manage over $3 billion in cultural assets across WA, ensuring some of our state's most cherished creative institutions remain safe, functional, and inspiring. Through proactive maintenance and planning, we protect these treasured spaces for future generations. We also support the development of community sport and recreation facilities across WA through key funding programs. By investing in sustainable, high-quality infrastructure, we help communities stay active, healthy, and connected.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader, with a passion for driving change and a track record of delivering outcomes at an executive level.

As a key member of the CITS Executive leadership team, you will oversee the development of long-term strategic infrastructure plans to guide Government and industry investment, lead the division to create effective policies for managing government-owned property and assets, and oversee evidence-based strategic asset management planning.

We are looking for leader with:

  • Proven leadership skills in developing and implementing infrastructure policies and practices to enhance services and outcomes, aligned with Government's strategic objectives.
  • Extensive understanding and knowledge of contemporary asset management practice and industry awareness and networks.
  • Excellent management and communication skills with experience in engaging teams to deliver constructive outcomes.
  • The ability to effectively influence, manage and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders, to resolve complex issues and achieve shared outcomes.
