Marketing Coordinator — ORO Newstead

ORO Newstead is set to redefine Brisbane living — a landmark mixed-use precinct blending luxury residences, curated retail, and design-led architecture. As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping how ORO is seen, shared, and experienced as it comes to life.

This is a hands-on, creative role within our in-house team — perfect for someone looking to build their marketing career, grow their skills, and be part of a major new project from the ground up.


What you'll do:

  • Manage ORO's social media channels and grow our digital presence
  • Coordinate with media and creative agencies to deliver standout campaigns
  • Keep our listings on REA and Domain fresh and engaging
  • Create eye-catching visuals for digital ads, social content, and EDMs
  • Write compelling copy for social media, email marketing, and promotions
  • Assist in planning and executing launch and display events
  • Support the sales and marketing team with day-to-day campaign coordination
  • Help man our pop-up sales stall and engage with potential buyers

What we're looking for:

  • Around 2 years' experience in marketing or communications
  • Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Skills in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite a bonus)
  • Familiarity with CRM and EDM platforms
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • A creative, proactive mindset and hands-on approach
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
