**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Social Media Manager to execute our social media strategy and increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Help to Produce and curate engaging content, including visuals, captions, graphics and videos, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Responsible for managing the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok, while maintaining a cohesive brand message.
- Responsible for actively monitoring social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities. Compile and analyse performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, particularly TikTok, evaluate performance metrics, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the creative team to generate brand specific and relevant content for social media based on the strategy for each platform.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and communication materials, working closely with the Brand Manager to maintain a cohesive visual identity and messaging strategy.
- Responsible for actively monitoring and managing VRG GRL’s social media platforms, responding to comments and DM’s (where necessary) in a timely and thoughtful manner.
- Foster relationships with our followers by engaging with UGC, influencers, and our broader online community.
- Track and report on community sentiment following posts, communicating key takeaways and flagging any issues with leadership.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally in fashion or beauty.
- Familiarity with content creation tools.
- Passionate about social media, with a particular interest in TikTok.
- Confident in front of the camera.
- Excellent written communication skills and a creative flair for engaging an audience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proactive, with a can-do attitude and initiative.
- Experience using chat GPT
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Skilled in analysing performance data and translating insights into actionable strategies, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to leadership.

Pay: $49,900.00 - $89,139.50 per year
