You’ll be working alongside high performing sales team based in the Inner-North suburbs of Brisbane who are passionate about the industry, have a dynamic approach to their client’s service and have fun whilst doing it. Working alongside such individuals, you will not only just gain skills on the job, but also in-depth understanding of the Real Estate industry/market, as well as gaining valuable connections in the business.
What a day could look like
- Executive Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity;
- Client nurturing from appraisal through to settlement;
- Extensive diary management ensuring the Sales Agents have their days and time with clients maximised;
- Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing with absolute accuracy;
- Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;
- Managing your Agent’s marketing collateral throughout the year, ensuring it is professional and on brand;
- Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience;

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a high functioning real estate administration role is required (2+ years)
- Exceptional attention to detail & communication skills - written & verbal;
- Exemplary time management skills, having the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;
- Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation (REX CRM) and Microsoft Office package; and

Holding a current QLD Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is advantageous
