Workfast is seeking a Service Technician Coordinator for our client based in Welshpool, WA.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global leader in stored energy solutions, supporting critical systems and infrastructure across telecommunications, power, logistics, and mining. This role will see you coordinating field service operations including managing work orders, staff, and subcontractors. Your goal will be to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery for key clients.

What You Get

  • $50.00 per hour, flat rate
  • Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 3.00pm (7.5-hour days)
  • Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
  • Immediate Start Available

What You Need

  • Australian Driver's Licence
  • Proven service coordination experience
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
  • Confident with MS Office and scheduling systems
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing tasks
  • Experience motivating and supporting teams in a safe work environment
  • Forklift Licence - Desirable

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate service activities, work orders, and subcontractors across WA
  • Schedule and supervise staff, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
  • Manage stock, equipment, and resources to meet customer requirements
  • Liaise with clients, account managers, and leadership to deliver successful outcomes
  • Support new business opportunities and promote company capability
