RF (Reflective Fabrications) is a Melbourne-based manufacturer of high-visibility safety gear, signage, and reflective products — trusted by emergency services, government, and frontline industries.
We're growing fast and need someone who can keep our admin and customer service engine running smoothly.
The Role
We're looking for a confident, organised, and reliable team member to help us stay on top of a high volume of enquiries, calls, and day-to-day operations.
You'll be the first point of contact for customer queries, job bookings, and admin tasks that keep production moving. Your voice will be the one our customers hear, and you'll be key to keeping them informed and coming back.
Key Responsibilities

Answer and triage inbound calls and emails

Manage customer enquiries, orders, and follow-ups

Raise quotes and enter job details into our order system

Track production and communicate delivery timelines

Support the team with general admin and task management
What You'll Need

Strong phone and communication skills

Good attention to detail, you'll be dealing with custom jobs and tight specs

Experience in a customer service or admin role (ideally in B2B, trade, or manufacturing)

Confidence using digital tools (email, CRM, inventory systems — training provided)

Can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership
