We're looking for a Showroom Sales Manager to become the face of Tumbled in our Adelaide showroom - a confident, design-savvy professional who combines sales experience with exceptional service and leadership.

The Role

As our full-time Showroom Sales Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our beautiful showroom, inspire and lead our sales team, and drive business growth. You'll create a warm, memorable experience for every client, from first impression through to project completion, while bringing our brand values to life.

You'll:

  • Deliver an exceptional showroom experience for every visitor
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets across multiple revenue streams
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships
  • Oversee after-sales service and ensure seamless delivery
  • Manage showroom presentation, merchandising, and sample displays
  • Maintain and refine sales systems, product databases, and client records
  • Lead, coach, and inspire our team to uphold Tumbled's values and standards
  • Keep your product knowledge fresh and share insights with the team

  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a creative team
