We're looking for a Showroom Sales Manager to become the face of Tumbled in our Adelaide showroom - a confident, design-savvy professional who combines sales experience with exceptional service and leadership.
The Role
As our full-time Showroom Sales Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our beautiful showroom, inspire and lead our sales team, and drive business growth. You'll create a warm, memorable experience for every client, from first impression through to project completion, while bringing our brand values to life.
You'll:
- Deliver an exceptional showroom experience for every visitor
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets across multiple revenue streams
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships
- Oversee after-sales service and ensure seamless delivery
- Manage showroom presentation, merchandising, and sample displays
- Maintain and refine sales systems, product databases, and client records
- Lead, coach, and inspire our team to uphold Tumbled's values and standards
- Keep your product knowledge fresh and share insights with the team
About You

- Proven experience in retail or showroom management - ideally within interiors, design, or luxury goods

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, organised approach with high attention to detail
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a creative team
- A genuine passion for design, materials, and craftsmanship
