What You'll Do

As Flooring Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to hit sales and banking targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that grow revenue and market share.
  • Train staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence.
  • Support customers with design and colour selections for flooring and window coverings.
  • Prepare accurate material estimates and tailored customer quotes.
  • Oversee stock presentation and showroom displays to maximise sales.
  • Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business.
  • Monitor sales data, identify opportunities, and implement improvements.
  • Address customer issues quickly and professionally, maintaining our reputation.
  • Represent the DCC brand with pride and professionalism at every interaction.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record in retail sales management (flooring or home improvement experience highly regarded).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and bring out the best in your team.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service focus.
  • Commercial acumen with a solid grasp of sales processes and techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure, juggle priorities, and still deliver results.
