Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the MINI sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Drive customer satisfaction and deliver an exceptional MINI ownership experience.

  • Implement and manage sales strategies aligned with dealership goals.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and MINI Australia.

  • Maintain high standards of presentation, compliance, and reporting.
