So, who can be an Estimator at SMART?

  • Automotive repair industry experience across Repairs, Refinishing, Assembly, Technician and Dismantling is all highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of Applications such as Audanet and Parts Check.
  • Capability to follow documented methods.
  • You'll also have good computer skills. While we train you with our in-house systems, you'll already have the ability to professionally construct and respond to emails when dealing with customers and suppliers.
  • A proven ability to work within timeframes, while working with, and motivating the production team to produce quality outcomes.
  • Our roles are full-time and permanent, so you must have full AU working rights.
  • Most importantly, you must be prepared to make safety your number one priority for yourself, your colleagues and your customers.
