We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the insulation industry. This pivotal role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing multiple insulation teams, coordinating job scheduling, maintaining stock control, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and support insulation installation teams.
  • Manage and coordinate daily and weekly job scheduling.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, stock levels, and inventory control.
  • Liaise with builders, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Implement and maintain workplace health & safety standards.
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all processes.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the construction industry (insulation experience highly regarded).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of OH&S regulations and safe work practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Forklift licence and experience operating a forklift an advantage
