We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team in a dual role as Assistant Property Manager and Receptionist. This is a dynamic position that combines day-to-day property management support, client service, and general office reception duties, with occasional involvement in sales and leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Management Support:

  • Assist the Property Manager with tenant communications, inspections, and maintenance coordination.

  • Prepare and maintain property files, leases, and compliance documents.

  • Follow up on rent arrears, maintenance requests, and contractor scheduling.

  • Reception:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and office enquiries.

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.

  • Manage reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.

  • General Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records and databases.

  • Assist with invoicing, filing, and office coordination tasks.

  • Sales & Leasing Assistance:

  • Support the sales and leasing team with preparation of marketing materials, contracts, and listing updates.

  • Assist with enquiries, inspections, and client follow-ups as required.

About You

  • Previous experience in property management, real estate administration, or reception preferred (industrial/commercial sector experience highly regarded).
  • Professional, friendly, and client-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with real estate software desirable.
  • Current driver's licence (essential) and Agents Representative Certificate (preferred but not essential).
