Customer Service and Administration.

**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Administration officer who is a multi master tasker with excellent communication skills to assist our team across all customer service and administration areas of our business.

This position is a long-term career opportunity, with the opportunity to move to fulltime. As the business grows, so will your role and responsibilities.

Salary will be pro-rata for the hours worked.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative and customer service support to ensure efficient operation across all areas of the business.
- Schedule quotes for Sales Team in a logical and geographical manner.
- Handle customer queries/complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers in a positive, professional and friendly manner.
- Assist the Operations Manager, and other office staff with admin duties as required.

**About you**:
You must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Exceptional customer service, with a positive and energetic 'can do' attitude
- Proficient in office management systems (Microsoft Office Suite, XERO)
- Ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and juggle competing priorities.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- A willingness to learn and grow.
- Multi-tasking and problem solving
